The Human Resources Development Fund concluded; Support agreement with the Saudi Medical Vaccine Company; To train and develop the skills of national cadres in the field of developing and manufacturing medical vaccines and vital medicines; Contribute to their employment according to the vocational training track in the Fund; This is in line with the current national development plans; And in support of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 initiatives.
The agreement provides for participation in subsidizing training costs in the specified training program in the field of bio-manufacturing; With the aim of qualifying male and female job seekers to join the administrative and operational positions in the field.
According to the agreement; The fund supports 90% of the training costs, and 50% of the trainees' rewards, provided that the amount of the fund's support for the reward does not exceed 2000 riyals, according to the approved mechanism to support the training of job seekers related to employment.
The support agreement confirms; on the importance of cooperation in providing training solutions for national cadres; To contribute to the growth of the medical vaccines and vital medicines industry at the local level; By providing it with qualified and trained national forces; In order to achieve the objectives of the industry in the health sector.
The two parties agreed; To form a joint working group to activate areas of cooperation; And submit periodic reports and recommendations on the progress of work.
