The Electronic Training Program (Doroob) is one of the initiatives of the Human Resources Development Fund aimed at developing the capabilities and enhancing the skills of Saudi male and female nationals. It provides them with job-related skills that support them in obtaining suitable employment and achieving stability in the Saudi labor market.

The Electronic Training Program (Doroob) offers a wide range of electronic training programs and training tracks covering diverse topics to meet the vocational needs of individuals. These programs are accessible at any time and from anywhere, making it convenient for learners. Additionally, the program includes training courses offered in collaboration between the Human Resources Development Fund and other specialized entities in various fields, with the goal of enhancing the knowledge of participants in those specialties and equipping them with additional experiences and skills.

To access the Electronic Training Program (Doroob), follow these steps:

  • Log in through the Electronic Training Program (Doroob) platform.
  • Register using your National Access (Nafath) credentials.
  • Complete your personal profile information.
  • Register for the training content and begin your training.

 

 

Any Saudi citizen, whether male or female, is eligible to register for the Electronic Training Program (Doroob) and participate in its training programs.

The broadcast times for sessions are announced on the official accounts of the Fund. The duration of each session can vary, ranging from one hour to two hours.

You can register for the recorded (interactive sessions) by following these steps:

  1. Visit the Electronic Training Program (Doroob) platform.
  2. Log in to the electronic training doroob program through the Nafath platform.
  3. Enter your username and password on the Unified National Access (Nafath) platform.
  4. Enter the verification code sent to the registered mobile number in the temporary password field.
  5. Click on the 'Sessions' icon.
  6. A bar will appear showing the session categories (upcoming sessions / current sessions / ended sessions / registered sessions).
  7. Choose the session you wish to register for and then click on the 'Register Now' icon.

This service is provided by the electronic training doroob program, one of the initiatives of the Human Resources Development Fund. It aims to develop and enhance the skills of the national workforce by offering training content in a specific field delivered by a specialist through live broadcasts attended by many beneficiaries. The goal is to disseminate knowledge or enhance a particular skill. The content presented in the live broadcast is recorded and then uploaded to the electronic training doroob program platform for later viewing.

Beneficiaries of the electronic training doroob Program who do not complete their training or withdraw after starting it will be subject to the following compliance mechanism:

  • First instance: Warning to the trainee.
  • Second instance: Suspension from accessing support in the Electronic Training Program for a period of 24 months from the date of the second warning. However, they can still access services in the Electronic Training Program that are not subject to support.
  • The first warning for the trainee will be reset after one year, provided that no suspension has been imposed during that period.

Participants in the Electronic Training Program can receive support up to 3 times per year, provided that the support amount per individual trainee does not exceed 8,000 Saudi Riyals.

The electronic training doroob Program provides support for the following products:

Customized Training:

  • Training content specialized in skills or knowledge related to the needs of the labor market, following the training guide.
  • Training duration: Up to 6 months.


Open Access Training:

  • Diverse skills, knowledge, and fields of training that participants can choose based on their training needs.
  • Training duration: Up to 3 months.

Support targets the following groups:

  • Job seekers
  • Private sector employees

Other categories such as people with disabilities (job seekers/private sector employees) and individuals from remote areas (job seekers/private sector employees).

The electronic training doroob program offers electronic training content through local and international training service providers. The program supports beneficiaries by covering the training costs (either fully or partially) if they are accepted into the training.

The training programs provided through the electronic training program (Doroob) are built according to the needs of the labor market and the participation of agencies, bodies and companies in the private sector.These programs aim to equip Saudi learners with new skills and enhance their existing ones, benefiting them in their current roles or when applying for new jobs.

You can register for the Doroob electronic training program without paying any fees, as all training programs are funded by the Human Resources Development Fund.

The Electronic Training Doroob program offers a variety of training programs that are aligned with labor market needs and continually increases the number of training program fields. You can view the latest training program fields by visiting the Electronic Training Doroob platform.

Any Saudi citizen has the right to register for the doroob electronic training program and enroll in the training programs.
