Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, the Emir of Hail region, a ceremony marking the launch of the Hail Meetings Forum 2023 was held at the Roshan Exhibition and Conference Center. The event was attended by the Deputy Emir of the region, Adel bin Saleh Al Alsheikh, and the Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund "Hadaf," Turki bin Abdullah Al Juwaini.

During the ceremony, His Highness toured the exhibition accompanying the forum, familiarizing himself with the programs and support initiatives aimed at national cadres and private sector entities.

In his speech at the ceremony, the Director General of the Fund praised the Emir's patronage of the forum's activities and his contributions to human development in various fields. He expressed the aim to contribute, along with the forum's partners, to the development of skills and capabilities of the country's citizens, facilitating their employment opportunities and optimal investment in human capital, in line with the national economic development plans.

He highlighted the importance of forums like the Hail Meetings Forum as extensions of similar events held by the Human Resources Development Fund in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and recently in Al Madinah, which attracted significant attendance, benefitting 85,000 visitors, both male and female nationals, who benefited from diverse programs, initiatives, training support, employment opportunities, and professional guidance provided by the forum.

The Director General also reviewed the Fund's achievements and results during 2022, including support for the employment of approximately 400,000 citizens in various private sector establishments across the Kingdom, with training and empowerment support expenditures reaching around 6 billion riyals during the same period.

Subsequently, the Emir of Hail region watched a visual presentation on the objectives of the Hadaf Meetings Forum and its contributions to supporting localization and enhancing partnership with the private sector.

In his speech, His Highness the Emir of Hail region expressed aspirations to achieve the desired goals in supporting the training, qualification, and employment of the region's citizens, in line with the directives of the wise leadership. He emphasized that the country is moving forward according to a vision encompassing all sectors and categories with generous support and the utilization of all resources aimed at sustainable national development projects and future plans that lead our country and enable it to achieve its leading and pioneering role.

His Highness stressed the importance of enhancing and developing relationships with all stakeholders and making every effort to achieve tangible results on the ground that benefit the sons and daughters of the northern bride (referring to the region of Hail). He also urged the residents of the region to visit the forum and benefit from the exhibitions and activities held, as well as to familiarize themselves with the support and empowerment programs.

Following that, the event's sponsor honored the partners and sponsors of the Hail Meetings Forum for their efforts and contributions to supporting training and qualification paths for national employment.

Furthermore, His Highness sponsored the signing of employment contracts on the sidelines of the forum's activities, aimed at investing in human capital, enhancing the skills and capabilities of national cadres, supporting training programs, and strengthening and developing relations with the private sector.
