Human Resources Development Fund asserts its keenness to provide e-services at all times on its e-services. You can find below a list of the standards-compliant e-services with a commitment to the maximum service time. Kindly note, that the service time does not cover the time of accomplishing incomplete information in case the user fails to provide all required information. It does not also include the time of transaction processing by third parties, as may be required by the nature of the transaction.

Assistance aid shall be paid on the 5th day of each Gregorian month, unless it is:
- a Friday in such case the payment will be made the Thursday the 4th of the month; or
- a Saturday when the payment will be made on Sunday, the sixth of the month.
