The aim of this portal is to enable all Saudi nationals to choose better education and career opportunities by building an integrated system providing education and career guidance services for secondary students and students in universities, institutes, job seekers, and employees.

The Remote Career Guidance Service is a telephone-based service offered to targeted groups. In this service, a career counselor communicates with individuals, helping and guiding them in developing the skills needed for planning career paths that align with their personal aspirations and the demands of the job market.

You can currently participate in the "Saifi" program. For other programs, you can stay updated through our social media channels and our website.

Yes, the system displays error messages before submitting the request and provides guidance on how to correct the inputs.

A link to the Subul platform will be added to the beneficiary's tasks via the  E-Services of HRDF, and they will be asked to log in to the Subul platform and schedule an appointment within 7 days. They will be notified by email of the listed tasks.

No, Subul portal does not provide recruitment services. You can register for electronic services provided by the Human Resources Development Fund and visit the Fund's branches and target centers to benefit from its services.

Group counseling sessions involve an advisory relationship between a career counselor and a group of students who share similar interests in a specific topic. The session aims to increase their insight and work on finding optimal options and solutions.

Providing a range of quality services in career counseling and measuring professional tendencies for all segments of (school students, university students, job seekers, employees).

  1. Electronic self-service: a set of electronic self-services provided in the career counseling of beneficiaries.
  2. Group counseling: a set of electronic and presentational services provided to a group of beneficiaries by counselors.
  3. Professionals individual counseling: individual career counseling sessions provided by career counselors face to face or remotely.
  4.  Workshops: career counseling workshops provided by career counselors face to face or remotely.
  5. Qualification of career counselors: a training program for the qualification of career counselors.

  2. Log in to the (contact with the career counselor) icon at the top of the main page of Subol portal.
  3. Choosing to book an appointment with a career counselor
  4. Filling in the required fields:
    1. Type of session
    2. Purpose of the session
    3. Session date
  5. The right time is chosen for the beneficiary
  6. The appointment is confirmed by clicking on the Confirm icon
  7. A text message and an e-mail are sent to the beneficiary with the details of the session
  8. The career counselor communicates with the beneficiary to provide a career counseling session
  9. The beneficiary's attendance is confirmed by the career counselor and this is shown in the beneficiary's file on Subol portal.

The applicant must be a Saudi national 

Subol program provides general information about various training courses that target groups can benefit from and can benefit from training courses on the Droop platform.
