Get the ServiceSupport to enable women working in Saudi Arabia to enter and continue in the labor market. It is assured of the care provided to their children. The program guarantees coverage of up to 50% of the value of booking a hospitality center up to SAR 1,600 for each child working in the private sector under the age of 6.
Product Details
- The beneficiary must be a Saudi national.
- The monthly wage shall not exceed SAR 8,000.
- Be registered in social assurance system.

The Qurrah Child Care Support Product is designed to empower Saudi working women to join and stay in the labor market while being assured of the care provided for their children. The product covers up to 50% of the childcare center booking cost, up to 1,600 SAR per child for children of employees in the private sector who are under 6 years old.
No, prices cannot be modified for services with active bookings. After the service ends, a new service can be created, and prices will be reviewed accordingly.

The product covers up to 50% of the value of the childcare center reservation, not exceeding SAR 1,600 per child, for children of eligible working mothers in the private sector whose ages do not exceed 6 years.

1. Log in to the HRDF website. From the top menu, select Products and Services, then Product Guide. Then, select Childcare Support Product (Qurrah) and click Details.
2. Click Apply for Service.
3. Log in via National Single Sign-On (Nafath).
4. Access the welcome page.
5. Add the child and upload the required documents.
6. Add the home address.
7. Submit the request for approval by the product team.
Yes. The service must be reserved and paid for electronically through the Unified Platform for HRDF Services in order to benefit from the financial support.
A reservation request is automatically canceled in the following cases:
1. If the childcare center does not accept the reservation request within one business day.
2. If the beneficiary does not complete payment within 24 hours.
3. If the child does not attend the center within three days from the service start date.
4. If the beneficiary’s eligibility status changes two days before the reservation start date.
A complaint should be submitted through the Unified Platform for HRDF Services.
The product team will take the necessary actions and verify the details of the requested amounts.
Yes. The beneficiary pays any additional services or fees not covered under the product, after deducting the supported amount.
The Automatic Reservation Extension is a feature designed to facilitate monthly reservations without the need to re-enter the system each month.
A reminder notification is sent one week before the current reservation ends, allowing the beneficiary to approve the extension and complete payment.
Yes. This can be done by activating the Automatic Reservation Extension feature.
Yes. The beneficiary can activate the automatic extension through her account on the Unified Platform.
A notification will be sent one week before the current reservation ends, subject to service availability.
Yes. A mother may benefit from support for one or more children simultaneously, provided that all eligibility conditions are met and the children’s ages do not exceed 6 years.
Yes, provided that the reservation is made at the same childcare center. And the center supports the required age categories.
Yes. The service amount includes VAT, if the childcare center is subject to VAT in accordance with the applicable VAT regulations.
Eligibility is determined based on the Gregorian calendar, as registered in the system.
Support continues as long as the child’s age does not exceed 6 Gregorian years.
Reference numbers appear after the completion of the transfer process to all childcare centers.
The center must accept the reservation within one business day from the request date. After acceptance, the beneficiary has 24 hours to complete electronic payment; otherwise, the request is automatically canceled.
Yes. Adopted children are accepted only if legal adoption documents are valid and officially recognized.
No. Support is provided on a monthly basis only, in accordance with HRDF support policies.
There is no withdrawal option from the product itself.
If the reservation is canceled before the third day of service, the deducted amount is refunded to the beneficiary only, and the center is notified not to prepare the child.
A new reservation cannot be made for the same child if there is an existing confirmed and paid reservation.
Eligibility is determined based on the Gregorian date of birth recorded in the system.
The child’s age must not exceed 6 Gregorian years to qualify for support.
• For Saudi children: eligibility is verified immediately.
• Requests must be submitted during official working hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• For non-Saudi children: verification is processed within one business day.
The confirmed and paid reservation is canceled, the status becomes “Canceled,” and the beneficiary’s amount is refunded.
A reservation request is automatically canceled if:
• The center does not accept the request within one business day.
• The beneficiary does not complete payment within 24 hours.
Yes. Reservations can be made up to 30 days before the service start date, subject to eligibility verification for both the beneficiary and the child.
If the child completes 6 years of age during the selected reservation period, the system will not allow the reservation to be completed.
By logging into her account, accessing the Reservations Dashboard, selecting the reservation, clicking Cancel Reservation, choosing the cancellation reason, and confirming the request.
No. Child data cannot be modified through the platform and must be corrected via the relevant official authorities.
The system will not allow any new reservations once the child reaches 6 years of age.

Support is available to eligible beneficiaries who:
• Have children within the eligible age group (from birth to 6 years).
• Meet all eligibility conditions required for enrollment in the product.
