A training product targeting Saudi students studying at the secondary, diploma, and bachelor's levels, aiming to raise awareness about professions and prepare them for the job market by providing them with practical professional experience. This is intended to equip them with essential skills required by the job market, help them discover specializations and professions, and understand the nature of work related to them in a real work environment. This contributes to reducing the period they are looking for employment after graduation.

  • Access the Human Resources Development Fund website.
  • Click on the "Electronic Services" icon.
  • Select "Login for Establishments" (private sector, non-profit sector, government sector, and semi-government sector).
  • If registering for the private sector or non-profit sector, log in using the unified national access.
  • If registering for the government sector or semi-government sector, select "New User" and fill in the required fields, then confirm if there is no previous account.
  • Select the "On-the-Job Training Program.
  •  The organization must have an account on the Human Resources Development Fund portal.
  • The number of trainees enrolled in the organization's Professional Experience Program should not exceed 10% of the total number of the organization's employees, including both Saudi and non-Saudi employees, across private sector establishments, government entities, and non-profit organizations.

You can refer to the annex for details on the general and specific specializations, noting that the specializations that appear in the system are the general specializations. (Attached)

Yes, the user is informed about the actions taken on their request and guided on how to successfully complete the request.

No, the details of the training advertisement cannot be modified or changed, nor can it be deleted after it is published.

  1. Access the Human Resources Development Fund website.
  2. Select the Electronic Services icon.
  3. Log in as a private sector/non-profit organization.
  4. The authorized person of the establishment logs in through the (Nafath) service.
  5. After verification, the establishment's profile will be automatically reflected from the Ministry of Human Resources, and the establishment can then offer training opportunities in the system.

The Human Resources Development Fund does not require the establishment to pay any financial amounts to the trainee.

There is no medical insurance for trainees

The duration of the training is a minimum of 4 weeks, and the exact duration is determined by the organization.

The institution or the trainer is responsible for marking the trainee's absences in the system and confirming the absence during the specified preparation period. Leaving the attendance record without marking absences in case of the trainee's absence may result in the institution being suspended.

The trainer can provide the preparation in the system on behalf of the establishment's delegate.

The preparation is conducted by the trainer or the institution's delegate in the system between the 13th and 17th of each Gregorian month. It's worth noting that the system sends a reminder notification to confirm the trainee's attendance during the specified preparation period mentioned above.

Preparing the trainees is the responsibility of the trainer, and the establishment's delegate can also perform this task.

The trainer or the establishment's delegate is responsible for determining the trainee's start date within a period not exceeding 5 days from the trainee's acceptance of the training offer. It should be noted that the training opportunity will be canceled if the establishment fails to determine the start date within this period. The Human Resources Development Fund bears no responsibility if the establishment does not comply with determining the trainees' start date in the automated system.

The start date for the trainees is determined, noting that the period during which they were trained in the establishment before the start date will not be counted, and the trainee cannot claim that period to be considered. Similarly, the establishment cannot request retroactive determination of the start date from the Human Resources Development Fund in the automated system.

By selecting 'On-the-Job Training' from the 'Our Programs' menu, then choosing 'Applications for Training,' and reviewing the applicant's file. From there, an interview invitation can be sent or the training opportunity can be offered.

The establishment is not entitled under any circumstances to request any financial amounts from trainees in exchange for training, and doing so is considered a violation of the regulations and provisions of the Professional Experience Program.

The institution can hire the trainee during or after the training program.

To change the authorized representative for a private sector institution, this process is managed through the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's system. After updating the representative's information in the Ministry's system, the changes are reflected directly on the Human Resources Development Fund's website. Once the representative's details are updated, access to the institution's profile on the Human Resources Development Fund's website can be obtained through the new representative's login credentials.

The deputy commissioner can be added through the establishment's file on the Human Resources Development Fund website using the 'Add Users (Sub-User)' feature. Afterward, access to the establishment's file on the Human Resources Development Fund website is granted through the dedicated page for the deputy commissioner.

There is no specific date, and it depends on the type of violation.

When the establishment is found to be in violation of any or all of the terms and conditions of the product.

The 10% utilization rate is calculated based on the total number of current trainees and the number of vacancies posted for the cooperative training program.

The verification and compliance of the advertisement with the program's guidelines take place within 3 to 5 business days. The establishment can check the status of the advertisement through the "Training Advertisements" page.

The trainer can access their account on the Human Resources Development Fund website as an individual. It's worth noting that the trainer needs to have an active account on the Jadaraat platform.

In no way can the facility change the training course.

There is no maximum limit for the number of trainees per trainer.

The establishment can offer a financial reward or benefits to the trainee during the training period when posting the advertisement, specifying whether the reward is monthly or at the end of the training period. It's important to note that the establishment will be obligated to fulfill this commitment.

No, the selection of candidates is made by the institution according to what it deems suitable for the training opportunity, in accordance with the product's guidelines.

To change the authorized representative for a government sector institution, the following steps should be taken by submitting a ticket through the Human Resources Development Fund website:

  1. Specify the institution's desire to change the authorized representative.
  2. Provide all institution details in the ticket (institution name, institution number, ID of the previous authorized representative).
  3. Attach an official letter stamped with the institution's seal to the ticket, clarifying the details of the previous authorized representative (name, mobile number, email address, ID number).
  4. Provide the details of the new authorized representative (name, mobile number, email address, ID number).

The following procedures must be followed before submitting an exclusion request in the automated system:

  1. Officially notify the trainee of the observation or violation, ensuring the notification includes (the observation or violation, trainee details, notification date, and is signed and stamped by the organization), and give the trainee an opportunity for three written notifications, ensuring they are not issued in close succession.
  2. If the trainee does not respond, the trainee should be formally directed to withdraw from the training opportunity by the organization.
  3. If the trainee does not withdraw, the organization shall submit an exclusion request in the system, attaching all notifications along with all supporting documents that prove the reason for the exclusion.
  4. The request will be reviewed and processed, and the fund has the right to accept or reject the request. The reason for rejection will be explained to the organization if the request is denied. The organization cannot prevent the trainee from attending until the exclusion request is approved in the system.

Exclusion must be for one of the following reasons:

  • Misconduct.
  • Committing serious violations.
  • Damaging the organization's property.
  • Forging documents and disclosing confidential information.
  • The trainee obtaining a job or registering in social security systems.
  • Not adhering to attendance and departure times during working hours in the organization.
  • The trainee refusing to carry out the assigned training tasks.

  2. Access the e-Services.
  3. Log in as an individual.
  4. Log in using the "Nafith" service.
  5. Activate a "Jadarat" file for the trainer if they don't already have one, if needed.
