The product aims to train and employ job seekers in rare and available specializations in private sector facilities in one of the training entities licensed by the Technical and Vocational Training General Corporation as training entities by virtue of employment contracts with the private with financial support from the Fund according to the approved support mechanism.

All private sector establishments are eligible to submit training support requests to strategic partnership institutes, in line with their approved activities.
Registration for the Strategic Partnerships Institutes product involves the following steps:
1- You must be registered as a job seeker in the Employment and Training System (ETS).
2- You will then be selected by the employing entity.
You can join the Strategic Partnerships product if the following conditions are met:
- The applicant must be a Saudi national.
- The applicant must have a high school diploma to support those who are not qualified (for more details).
- The applicant must be a job seeker, not employed by any entity, and not a regular student at any educational institution.
- The applicant must be employed in any of the supported positions, where trainees are employed by the entity in roles that match the specializations they were trained in, and they must be registered in social insurance at the beginning of the training.
- The applicant must be new to the entity.
If the previous support was less than three months and for one time only, the support will be reinstated in the program for the full duration.

All institutes listed in the Human Resources Development Fund system are accredited, noting that these institutes shall be evaluated periodically and any training entity or program may be excluded based on the results of the evaluation.

Yes, you can edit the information you entered while building your profile. Information retrieved from the National Information Center can be edited through the access platform.
Supporting Training Phase:
- During the training period, HRDF contributes (75%) of the training costs for a period not exceeding 24 (Twenty-Four) months, not exceeding SAR 3000 (Three thousand) per month per employee, and the employee shall bear the remaining costs as per controls specified by the Fund.
- HRDF shall provide a subsidy during the training period at a rate of 75% of the employee's salary, not exceeding SAR 1000 (One Thousand Riyals) per month per employee. The employee shall bear the remaining percentage of the salary as per the conditions specified by HRDF.
Support Employment Phase:
- HRDF shall contribute for one year (50%) of the employee’s monthly salary that does not exceed the amount of SAR 2000 (Two Thousand Riyals) per month per employee. This is done using the controls specified by HRDF.
The establishment is compensated for training costs and training salary (according to the approved support mechanism for the program), where the establishment raises financial invoices through the program's automated system according to the approved regulations.
Yes, from the beginning of the support period until the specified duration of the support ends.
Registering as a job seeker in the electronic services of the Human Resources Development Fund, after which selection is made by the employing entity.
All employed entities can benefit from the training.
The Human Resources Development Fund is not obligated to provide any support before accepting and approving the application.
The previous months are deducted from the support duration after the approval of the Human Resources Development Fund and completing the support for the remaining months.
Support starts from the date the employee is linked after changing the support request to be eligible.

How The Product Works
HRDF contributes for a year (50%) of the employee's salary, not exceeding SAR 2000 monthly per employee according to the regulations determined by the fund.
Mechanism For Support
Supporting the training stage:
- During the training period, the fund contributes (75%) of the training costs for a period of no more than (24) months, not exceeding the amount of SAR 3,000 monthly per employee, and the employer shall bear the rest of the costs according to the regulations determined by the fund.
- The fund provides a support during the training period in the amount of (75%) of the employee's salary, not exceeding SAR 1000 monthly per employee, and the employer shall bear the remaining percentage of the salary according to the regulations determined by the fund.
Supporting the employment stage:
- The fund contributes for a year (50%) of the employee's salary, not exceeding SAR 2000 monthly per employee according to the regulations determined by the fund.
