It aims to create a communication bridge between hospitality centers to offer and market their services to Saudi female workers in the private sectors for registering their children. Additionally, it supports empowering working women to join and persist in the workforce.
Product Details
- The center must be licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development or by the Ministry of Education.
- The center or private kindergarten must hold a valid Commercial Registration (CR) under activity code 100/700.
- The owner or the authorized representative must be actively registered on the HRDF Portal under the establishment associated with activity code 100/700.

The Qurrah Portal will be closed, and the product will be migrated to the Unified Platform HRDF Services to streamline the journey for beneficiaries and centers, with the aim of delivering improved services.
- Visit the website of the Human Resources Development Fund, select Products and Services from the top menu, then click on Products and Services Guide. Choose the Establishments category, click Details on the Qurrah Childcare Support Product card, and select Get Service.
- Proceed to National Single Sign-On to log in to the Unified Platform.
- Select the establishment.
- Enter the establishment’s mobile number and email address, then proceed to enroll in the program.
- Access the welcome page and approve the electronic agreement.
- Select the branch.
- Add the IBAN linked to the establishment’s activity code 100/700.
- Select the licensing authority and enter the license number.
- Add the center’s information and upload photos of the center’s facilities.
- Create a new service and review the application before submission for approval by the program team. Approval is issued within one business day, and confirmation will be sent via email and SMS.
- Visit the website of the Human Resources Development Fund, select Products and Services from the top menu, then click Products and Services Guide. Choose the Establishments category, click Details on the Qurrah Childcare Support Product card, and select Get Service.
- Proceed to National Single Sign-On to log in to the Unified Platform.
- Log in to the center’s account.
- Navigate to the Services page.
- Click Add Service.
- Create the new service, review it, then submit it.
- Wait for the Product team to review and approve the new service.
The Dashboard is a page that displays the center’s information and bookings, allowing the center to view and manage reservations. Through this page, pending bookings can be reviewed and approved.
Through the establishment’s profile on the website of the Human Resources Development Fund:
- Select Products and Services from the top menu.
- Click Products and Services Guide.
- Choose the Establishments category, then click Details on the Qurrah Childcare Support Product card and select Get Service.
Then, proceed to National Single Sign-On (Nafath) to log in to the Unified Platform.
- Log in to the center’s account.
- Click on the authorized representative’s name at the top left of the page and select Profile.
- Enter the new IBAN linked to activity code 100/700 and click Update IBAN Details.
- Click Update to verify the IBAN.
- The update result will be displayed.
You may benefit from the support if you meet the eligibility criteria for the Qurrah Childcare Support Product, which include:
- Saudi nationality.
- Employment in the private sector.
- Registration with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), with a total registered monthly wage not exceeding SAR 8,000.
- No maximum limit on the number of children.
- Beneficiary’s age: 18–65 years.
Child’s age: 0–6 years.
When a mother submits a booking request through the Unified Platform, the center must accept the request within one business day from the date of submission; otherwise, the request will be automatically canceled by the system. After the center accepts the request, the mother has an additional 24 hours to complete the online payment process; otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled.
Bank transfer reference numbers are reflected in the Qurrah Product after the transfer process has been completed for all centers.
The child must be prepared from the start date of the service for a period of 3 days. The preparation icon disappears automatically. If the child is not prepared, registration will not be accepted. You can also follow these steps in the system:
- Access the center’s page on the portal.
- Go to Current Bookings.
- A list of children will appear in order of priority for preparation.
Support is disbursed to the center in the Childcare Support Product (Qurrah) between the 15th and 25th of the following Gregorian month, taking official public holidays into account.
The full-service amount is transferred directly to the centers’ accounts during the period from the 15th to the 25th of the following Gregorian month, considering official public holidays. If a child does not attend or benefit from the service, the center must notify the Product team to recover the amount.
A 2.5% electronic payment service fee is applied to the total service price to support the activation of electronic payment services via the portal.
Submit a ticket through the system under Customer Service (Tickets) and provide the updated information. The Product team will contact the center to confirm the update.
Through the establishment’s account and the dashboard: access the center’s information, click it, and select Edit Center Information.
The confirmed and paid booking will be canceled, and the amount will be refunded to the beneficiary.
Reference numbers are reflected after the transfer process is completed for all centers.
A cancellation request can be submitted by the center or the beneficiary. If the child does not attend or benefit from the service, the Product team will contact both the center and the beneficiary to verify and process the refund.
If the beneficiary’s eligibility changes before a confirmed booking, the booking will be canceled, and the amount refunded to the beneficiary.
Support is not disbursed if there are no active bookings or if the center’s license has expired.
Uploaded services are approved by the operational team within one business day so the center can start accepting requests.
Entitlements are disbursed to centers between the 15th and 25th of each Gregorian month for the previous month.

Support Mechanism
HRDF contributes to covering up to 50% of the cost of childcare, not exceeding 1600 SAR per child.
