Request to register a training program by the training provider to benefit from the training providers’ support service in the training program.

The training provider must be registered on the Human Resources Development Fund website as a training provider.

If individuals who have not previously started the process of obtaining a professional certificate wish to apply for a training program, they must first ensure that a program exists that will allow them to obtain the professional certification they want (Professional Certification Product > Training Programs > Select the appropriate training program from the list and submit the request).
The request will be sent to the training provider (training entity) for approval/rejection and to complete the related training procedures.
This feature does not apply to individuals who have already obtained the certificate, as they can apply for support through the direct support feature.

Support Mechanism

The fund compensates beneficiaries financially for training costs and examination fees, after obtaining the professional certificate, according to the following steps:
Create an account on the National Labor Gateway "Taqat", then submit the application through the program's page for supporting professional certificates.
Electronically acknowledge acceptance of the program's terms and conditions, and sign the approval for verification of the certificate's authenticity by the fund or its authorized representative.
Submit the claim through the automated system, attaching copies of the professional certificate and invoices for the costs incurred.
Transfer the certificate costs directly to the individual's bank account using their International Bank Account Number (IBAN).
The eligibility study period is 40 days from the date of application to the program.
The disbursement date is 40 working days from the date of application if all requirements are met.
