Request to add a training program by the training provider to benefit from the training providers’ support service in the program.

- Adoption of the training program.
- The training provider must be registered on the Human Resources Development Fund website as a training provider.
Training providers can add the training program after obtaining approval to register in Taqat as a training provider. After that, they must submit a request to approve the support agreement for one of the supported certificates in the program, which will enable them to add the training programs associated with professional certifications.
Note: The request for approval of the agreement is submitted through the training provider's user account only. The approval depends on a prior agreement with the fund to ensure the training provider is eligible for the service.
Support Mechanism
- The fund compensates beneficiaries financially for training costs and examination fees, after obtaining the professional certificate, according to the following steps:
- Create an account on the National Labor Gateway "Taqat", then submit the application through the program's page for supporting professional certificates.
- Electronically acknowledge acceptance of the program's terms and conditions, and sign the approval for verification of the certificate's authenticity by the fund or its authorized representative.
Submit the claim through the automated system, attaching copies of the professional certificate and invoices for the costs incurred. - Transfer the certificate costs directly to the individual's bank account using their International Bank Account Number (IBAN).
- The eligibility study period is 40 days from the date of application to the program.
- The disbursement date is 40 working days from the date of application if all requirements are met.
