In order for individuals to be able to apply for the training opportunity and view the training opportunities published on the platform, they must log in to their account on the Taqat platform.

Service Level Agreement

If the trainee wishes to apply for a training appointment, he/she must access the electronic services “Skills” and choose:

Apply for a training opportunity
Review the application by the training provider (under review by the training entity) If the entity approves, it is accepted.
Start of the training program.

Saudi nationality.
Not be less than 18 years old.
To be registered in the E-services of HRDF.
To be a job seeker, or to be an employee at work in the private sector (according to social insurance data).
Not be an active government employee (according to the data of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development).
He should not have previously benefited from this program in accordance with the program support mechanism.
The eligibility of the individual beneficiary of the program is not affected by the Fund's support in other programs.
