This service is considered proactive through:
- After the Trainee completes one month in the training opportunity, the training certificate is automatically available in the program dashboard of the Trainee.
- After completing the training program, the certificate of training completion is available in the program dashboard of the Trainee.
- Go to the Human Resources Development Fund website.
- Click on the "Electronic Services" icon.
- Select "Login - Individuals".
- Log in through the National Single Sign-On.
- The system will display an overview of the program and its objectives.
- The user selects to agree to the terms and conditions and then registers.
- A statement from the educational entity that he/she is a student.
- Academic record.
- An active account in Jadarat.
The applicant should be:
- To be a Saudi citizen.
- To be registered on the website of the Human Resources Development Fund.
- To be a diploma or bachelor's student.
- Not be currently a beneficiary of on-the-job training products at the Human Resources Development Fund.
- The individual should not be on the list of those rejected by the Human Resources Development Fund.
- The individual should not be excluded from the product of Cooperative Training.
The duration depends on the terms outlined in the training contract between the student trainee and the institution. However, it should not conflict with the academic curriculum of the educational institution the student trainee is affiliated with, and it should be a minimum of 8 weeks.
Individuals who are active and registered in social insurance, or those who have previously held a job, can benefit from the Cooperative Training Program if they meet the program's criteria.
No, a beneficiary cannot simultaneously benefit from two programs. They can only benefit from another program after completing the current one, according to the guidelines of each program.
