An electronic service provided by the Human Resources Development Fund, through which the beneficiary of the transportation support product (Wusool) is enabled to specify and update the work and home locations. The location is allowed to be changed 4 times during one month as a maximum, provided that the work and home locations specified on the Fund’s website must match the service providers’ applications in order for the support to be applied to the trip without the need to review the agency.
Service Level AgreementWe hope you follow the steps below in order to ensure the correctness of the procedure:
- Log in to the HRDF website.
2. Click on our program's icon "Access".
3. Then the beneficiary's data and click on (click here to change the location).
4. The "Edit Location Indicator" button is used if the presence is at the home/work location.
4. Click on the correct home/work location on the map to show the blue indicator on the selected location and click on Save.
5. Make sure that the message appears that the location has been changed successfully and will be updated in the service provider within 24 hours.

- Nationality is Saudi.
- Age 18-65 years
- Registered in the social insurance.
- The monthly wage (basic wage in addition to housing allowance) shall not exceed (8000) eight thousand riyals.
- The total contribution to social insurance does not exceed 36 months during the past five years.
- The person must be with a disability - registered and active in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
- The beneficiary groups of persons with disabilities (males - females) are excluded from the total contribution to social insurance, provided that it does not exceed 36 months during the past five years.
The beneficiary can change their work and home locations up to 4 times per month, and the specified work and home locations in the Hadaf portal must match the service provider applications for support to be applied to the trip.
You are allowed to change your work and home locations in the Hadaf portal up to 4 times a month maximum.

Terms and Conditions
The service is provided for working women and men with disabilities in the private sector to offer transportation between work and home only. Using these rides for other purposes is prohibited and may result in permanent exclusion from the program.
Commitment to the following conditions is required:
- The number of daily trips should not exceed 4 trips per day.
- The number of times the location and workplace are changed should not exceed four times per month.
*If these conditions are violated, a warning will be issued to the beneficiary, and repeated violations may result in permanent exclusion from the program.
