The program of freelancing financial aid for workers in delivery activities is among the initiatives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development seeking to enhance Saudization (nationalization ( by adopting different working methods and patterns to provide employment opportunities for Saudi men and women and to address occupational exposure in some economic activities. Such promising activities include freelancing for workers in orders’ delivery as one of the most attractive and supportive methods of this tendency.

- The applicant for financial aid must be a Saudi national
- The applicant for financial aid must have issued the (freelance) document with a valid job title (orders delivery representative) from the freelance portal freelance.sa or as decided by the Fund or the relevant entities.
- The age of applicant shall be between (18) and (60) years old.
- The applicant for financial aid shall not be a current employee in the government or the private sector.
- The applicant for financial aid shall not be a retired employee
- The applicant for financial aid shall not be a regular student nor have a private business (commercial register)
- The applicant for financial aid shall not be a current beneficiary of one of the employment support programs provided by HRDF.
Support Mechanism
A monthly support amount will be granted to the worker in this activity (delivery of orders) with a minimum of (450) Saudi Riyals per month, and a maximum of (200) orders and a support amount of (3,000) Saudi Riyals per month.
Support Duration
24 months for all paths of the Freelance Support Product.
Monthly Support Cycle
Trips are counted from the 20th of the previous month to the 19th of the current month.
For example, trips in July 2022 are counted from June 20, 2022, to July 19, 2022.
