The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) provides an electronic service to encourage private sector entities to hire patients with kidney failure, supporting their continued participation in the workforce to achieve job stability without needing to visit the agency in person.
Service Level Agreement
- Sign up in Training and Employment System.
- Apply for support request via Establishment account.
Create an account on HRDF E-services portal.
- The applicant shall be Saudi national.
- The employee shall be registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance.
- The employee shall be a kidney failure patient.
- The employee shall have a membership with the Saudi Center for Organ Transplantation.
- The Establishment shall pay the wage without deducting the days of absence of the patient for performing dialysis.
- The Establishment shall submit the monthly expenditure bill with the documents requested by the fund.
- The Program grants the kidney failure patient the right to benefit, even if he is supported under another program.
