The product allows the person registered for the training opportunity, through his account management cards, to withdraw from the training opportunity that he had previously registered for before the start of the training.
Service Level Agreement

- The certificate of attendance of the program is uploaded through the automated system by the training provider
- The individual can view the certificate through his account on the HRDF's website.
Eligibility conditions are verified electronically through the HRDF's website
To obtain a certificate of completion of the training program:
The certificate of completion of the training program is delivered by the training entity after attending the training program and completing all the requirements of the training program. The certificate of completion of the training program that you obtained will be available on the Human Resources Development Fund website."
