Notifying the (trainer - commissioner) in the organization to record the attendance in the website during the period from 13th to 17th of each month through text messages and e-mails.

No, the selection of candidates is done by the establishment according to what it deems appropriate for the training opportunity, in accordance with the product regulations.

Choose login for establishments (private sector, non-profit sector, government sector, and semi-governmental).

If the establishment is in the private sector, verification will be through "Nafath." If it's in the government sector, log in with the username and password.

There is no maximum limit for the number of trainees for one trainer.
The trainer or the facility's authorized representative is responsible for determining the start date for the trainee within a period not exceeding 5 days from the trainee's acceptance of the training offer. The Fund bears no responsibility or financial consequences if the facility fails to specify the start date for the trainees in the automated system.
Recording the trainees' attendance is the responsibility of the trainer. Additionally, the owner of the establishment can also confirm the attendance to ensure the trainees receive their stipends.
The preparation is conducted by the facility in the system on the dates (13th to 17th) of each Gregorian month. The system sends a notification as a reminder to confirm attendance for the trainee during the preparation period mentioned above.
The next step involves determining the start date for the trainees. It's important to note that the training period at the facility before the start date will not be counted, and the trainee cannot request any financial compensation from the Human Resources Development Fund for this period. Additionally, the facility cannot request retroactive determination of the start date in the automated system.
