An electronic service that allows the facility's representative to add services to the center's account according to the type of license, age group, service price, additional services, and the number of available seats for each service.

Service Level Agreement

Register on the Qurrah Portal and add details about your center.
Add the services provided by your center including facilities, prices, timings, etc.
Start accepting bookings on the portal, creating invoices, and more…
Wait for 24 hours until you are notified by email to respond to the request.

Then click (add service),Please enter all required service information,Wait untill the service Approved,Viewing the list of requests for acceptance or rejection so that the parent can complete the electronic payment process within 24 hours after accepting the request, in the event that the payment process is not completed by the mother, the reservation will be canceled automatically

The center must be licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development or by the Ministry of Education.
Agree to the terms and conditions.
The center must have a bank account under the same name as the center (personal account IBANs are not accepted).
Register on the Qurrah portal and add center information and services.

1. Visit the website of the Human Resources Development Fund, select Products and Services from the top menu, then click Products and Services Guide. Choose the Establishments category, click Details on the Qurrah Childcare Support Product card, and select Get Service.
2. Proceed to National Single Sign-On to log in to the Unified Platform.
3. Log in to the center’s account.
4. Navigate to the Services page.
5. Click Add Service.
6. Create the new service, review it, then submit it.
7. Wait for the Product team to review and approve the new service.

No, prices cannot be modified for services with active bookings. After the service ends, a new service can be created, and prices will be reviewed accordingly.

Uploaded services are approved by the operational team within one business day so the center can start accepting requests.
