A representative of the entity can assign a training course by following these steps:

Select "My Entity's Courses" from the sidebar menu.

Click on the training courses that the representative wishes to add to the list of courses.

The course card will appear on the main page of "My Entity's Courses."

Click on the "Add Trainees" or "Add Groups" icon.

All courses that have been assigned to the employee by the entity 's representative will be displayed, marked with a green tag that says "Assigned" in the dropdown list under the representative's name.
