Service Level Agreement
- Scheduling the training date.
- Determining the start date of the program.
- Determining the end date of the program.
Eligibility conditions are verified electronically through the HRDF's website.
It includes supporting the beneficiary with one training program in general skills, and one training program in vocational skills according to the training costs, not exceeding the maximum training costs for each training program.
Through the automated system for the "Skills" product on the Human Resources Development Fund website, the training provider will evaluate the applicants and decide whether to accept or reject their enrollment in the training program.
