This procedure begins upon submitting requests for support from entities employing training staff at training entities licensed by the National Center for Strategic Partnerships as non-profit institutes within the Strategic Partnership Institutes Support Program.

One can enroll in the Strategic Partnerships Institutes Support Product if the following conditions are met:

The applicant must be a Saudi national.

The applicant must have a high school diploma to support those who are unqualified. (For more details)

The applicant must be a job seeker, not employed by any organization, and not be a full-time student at an educational institution.

The applicant must be employed in one of the supported positions, where (trainees are employed by the establishment in roles that match the specialties they have been trained for and registered with social insurance at the beginning of the training).

The applicant must be a new recruit at the establishment.
If the previous support was less than three months and was provided only once, support will be reinstated for the full duration of the program.
All institutes listed in the Human Resources Development Fund system are accredited, noting that these institutes are periodically evaluated, and any training entity or program may be excluded based on the evaluation results.
Training Stage Support:

The fund contributes 75% of the training costs for a period not exceeding 24 months, up to a maximum of 3,000 SAR per month per employee, with the employing entity covering the remaining costs according to the fund's guidelines.

The fund provides a subsidy during the training period equal to 75% of the employee's salary, up to 1,000 SAR per month per employee, with the employing entity covering the remaining percentage of the salary according to the fund's guidelines.
Employment Stage Support:

The fund contributes 50% of the employee's salary for one year, up to a maximum of 2,000 SAR per month per employee, according to the fund's guidelines.
All employing entities can benefit from training at the institute.
The Human Resources Development Fund is not obligated to provide any support before the request is accepted and approved
The previous months are excluded from the support duration after approval from the Human Resources Development Fund, and support is provided for the remaining months.
