This service enables the commissioner to submit request for the trainee exclude from the training opportunity.

This service is considered proactive through:

The commissioner of the organization is notified of the acceptance or rejection of the request of Trainee Exclusion and explaining the reason in case of rejection

If the regulations are violated by the trainee.

The following procedures must be followed before submitting an exclusion request in the automated system:

Officially notify the trainee of the observation or violation. The notification should include the observation or violation, trainee's data, date of notification (signed and stamped by the establishment), and give the trainee a chance for 3 written notifications, provided they are not in close proximity.

If the trainee does not respond, the establishment officially directs the trainee to withdraw from the training opportunity.

If the trainee does not withdraw, the establishment submits an exclusion request in the system and attaches all notifications along with the necessary supporting documents proving the reason for exclusion.

The request will be studied and processed, and the fund reserves the right to accept or reject it. If rejected, the reason for rejection will be explained to the establishment. The establishment cannot prevent the trainee from attending the establishment until the exclusion request is approved in the system.
