HRDF Adopts the Professional Construction Management Certificate

The Human Resources Development Fund, in collaboration with the Project Management Institute, has adopted the Professional Construction Management Certificate as part of the fund's support for professional certification programs. This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency of workers in both the public and private sectors.

The adoption of the Professional Construction Management Certificate is intended to provide national cadres with knowledge skills in construction project management, infrastructure development, and the application of the highest standards and technical practices in the execution of major projects in the Kingdom, in line with the nation's ambitious vision.

The PMI-CP™️ certificate offers a curriculum focused on the construction industry. This certificate enables professionals working in the engineering and construction sectors to lead, plan, and manage contracts efficiently and swiftly, contributing to the fulfillment of future aspirations and advancing their professional lives.

To obtain the PMI-CP™️ certificate, candidates must complete four foundational e-learning courses across four key areas to qualify for the exam and obtain the professional certificate. These areas are contract management, stakeholder management, strategic management and business framework, and project governance, all in accordance with the best strategies in project management.
