The Human Resources Development Fund approved 18 new professional professional certificates in 3 professional fields; This brings the total number of accredited certificates to 146; To motivate the national workforce and develop its skills and experience in the various business sectors in the labor market.
The new certification areas fall within the financial and banking field; the field of industrial engineering; the field of information technology; While the approval of the new certificates comes from the principle of achieving the goals of the program and expanding in the areas of support in line with the requirements and changes of the labor market, in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
The program aims to raise the efficiency of the national forces, increase their competitiveness in the public and private sectors, raise their productivity, and create more opportunities for employment and career advancement through the principle of "development and replacement".
