The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has ranked first in the growth rate of the workforce, surpassing the countries of the G20, for the period between 2012 and the end of 2021, according to the Benchmarking Report on the Labor Market issued by the National Labor Observatory. This report monitors international indicators from data provided by the International Labour Organization (ILO), as well as a set of key labor indicators for the Kingdom, including the annual growth rate of the workforce, labor force participation rate, employment rates, unemployment rates, and the rate of those outside the scope of education, work, and training.
