HRDF Invites Establishments to Register for Jazan Encounters
The Human Resources Development Fund has called on private sector establishments to participate in "Jazan Encounters 2024" and register their needs for national talents, while availing themselves of the provided enablers through the Unified National Employment Platform (Jadarat).
HRDF is organizing Jazan Encounters in collaboration with the Human Resources and Social Development ecosystem and private sector partners at Jazan University during the period December 10–12, 2024. The event aims to invest in human capital, enhance the skills and capabilities of the national workforce, and support their training, employment, and qualification to integrate into the labor market.
Jazan Encounters will feature the participation of several government and private entities, as well as a group of specialists and stakeholders in human resources development and officials from government sectors related to the labor market. It aims to showcase the programs, initiatives, and enablers offered by hrdf to its clients and beneficiaries.
"Jazan Encounters 2024" targets five key tracks:

The event focuses on enhancing investment in human capital development, boosting the skills and capabilities of the national workforce, and improving the knowledge levels of labor market stakeholders. This will be achieved through workshops, seminars, and awareness and guidance lectures held during the event. Additionally, it aims to establish positive partnerships with several private-sector entities and provide opportunities for empowerment, training, qualification, and employment, contributing to national economic support.
Jazan Encounters will also feature an accompanying exhibition for participating establishments to showcase job opportunities, which will be announced through the Unified National Employment Platform (Jadarat).
