HRDF Supports National Cadres in Tourism and Hospitality
The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) signed a support and training agreement with the Higher Institute for Tourism and Hospitality (HTMI), with the aim of empowering and qualifying 850 job seekers in several qualitative disciplines in the tourism and hospitality sector and employing them in private sector establishments operating in the sector.
The agreement comes within the framework of the Human Resources Development Fund's efforts to train national forces and provide them with skills and capabilities in qualitative and specialized jobs, and to enhance the competitiveness of national cadres and the level of their participation in the labor market.
The agreement aims to train and qualify national forces in a number of qualitative disciplines in the tourism and hospitality sector, including the management of hotels, restaurants and culinary arts, the management of events, exhibitions and conferences, and the management of tourism and travel, according to the path of technical and specialized vocational training to support the training of job seekers related to employment.
The agreement also stressed the commitment to implement programs to ensure their quality and achieve their goals, and to form a working group from both parties to follow up the implementation of their provisions, and to hold periodic meetings according to developments and work needs.
