HRDF and Elm Collaborate on Open Innovation

Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Elm Company to promote entrepreneurship, foster innovation, and facilitate knowledge and technology exchange. The agreement also aims to enhance innovation, provide effective solutions to improve beneficiary experience, increase daily operational efficiency, and encourage creativity in the workplace.
The memorandum was signed by HRDF’s Deputy Director General for Operations, Mr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Nefaie, and Elm’s Vice President for Business Sectors, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdulmohsen Al-Sheikh, on the sidelines of the LEAP Tech Conference 2025 in Riyadh.
This cooperation aligns with the efforts of HRDF and Elm to collaborate on areas of mutual interest, particularly in designing and developing technical solutions and services. The partnership seeks to support human capital development, anticipate future trends, and achieve a sustainable impact.
The memorandum focuses on joint efforts in creative design and open innovation, the development of shared initiatives and services, and the creation of guidelines and training materials for HRDF’s beneficiaries.
Additionally, the agreement emphasizes the exchange of ideas and expertise, the stimulation of innovation, and the provision of innovative solutions to technological challenges. It also establishes a joint working team to oversee implementation, hold regular meetings, and ensure progress based on business needs and developments.
