The Human Resources Development Fund has obtained 4 international recognition certificates from the International ISO Organization, for achieving standards in the fields of occupational health and safety management, partner relationship management, knowledge management, competency management and people development.   

HRDF's obtaining these certificates comes as a result of its continuous efforts to enhance its institutional excellence, benefit from international practices in achieving beneficiary satisfaction, adopt policies and procedures of international standards and are compatible with the principles of improvement and application of quality systems, and carry out work efficiently and effectively, thus contributing to achieving HRDF's strategic objectives and pillars in achieving institutional excellence.   

The ISO  45001 certificate is an international standard for managing occupational health and safety, identifying work-related risks, and providing safe and healthy workplaces for HRDF's employees, by preventing work-related injuries, proactively improving the performance of the occupational safety and health system, and the ISO  44001  certificate is an international standard for managing the relationship with partners, ensuring effective and successful cooperation relationships, and applying an effective system for managing cooperative relationships with partners.   

While the ISO  30401 certificate represents an international standard for knowledge management, and provides a comprehensive framework for the development and implementation of a knowledge management system, improving processes and making knowledge-based decisions, the ISO 10015  certificate is an international standard for competency management and talent development, and aims to enhance excellence in training processes and achieve the desired goals, by providing detailed guidance for planning, implementing and evaluating training operations, in a way that contributes to achieving efficiency and effectiveness in training the Fund's employees.  It reflects positively on improved performance.   

HRDF's acquisition of these specifications represents a new milestone in the journey of excellence towards achieving a promising future by building a sustainable national workforce in the Kingdom, and continuing excellence at the local and international levels.
