Collaboration Between the Fund and the Financial Audit Center to Develop National Workforce

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Saudi Center for Financial Audit and Performance Monitoring to strengthen joint efforts in developing human capital to align with labor market needs.
The memorandum was signed by HRDF Director General Mr. Turki bin Abdullah Al-Jawini and the Center Director General Mr. Tariq bin Ahmed Al-Juraifani.
This partnership aligns with the shared goals of HRDF and the Saudi Center for Financial Audit and Performance Monitoring to collaborate in areas of mutual interest, reflecting their pioneering role in promoting the concept of continuous learning.
The memorandum emphasizes collaboration in building and empowering national talents while developing professional capabilities, knowledge, and skills in accounting, financial auditing, performance monitoring, and digital transformation. This will be achieved through a pathway of technical and specialized vocational training to support the training of beneficiaries from both sides.
The memorandum also outlines HRDF's role in supporting the training and qualification of national cadres by equipping them with essential skills and aligning their competencies with the Center's requirements. It further ensures the implementation of programs with quality standards that achieve the desired objectives.
To oversee the implementation of the memorandum, both parties will form a joint working team, conduct regular meetings based on progress and work needs, and ensure the continuous alignment of initiatives with their shared vision.
