His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Hussam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Al-Baha Region, will patronize the "Al-Baha Encounters" forum organized by the Human Resources Development Fund during the period of 24th-25th Sha'ban 1445 Hijri, corresponding to 5th-6th March 2024 AD at the University of Al-Baha.

The "Al-Baha Encounters" forum is part of a series of meetings held by the fund in various regions of the Kingdom, aiming to provide a package of programs and services for individuals and institutions alike. It also aims to introduce the products of career guidance, training, and empowerment.

The forum aims to invest in human capital, enhance the skills and capabilities of national cadres, and raise the knowledge level of those involved in the labor market through scientific sessions, workshops, seminars, informative and advisory lectures. Additionally, it seeks to establish positive partnerships with various relevant private sector entities and provide empowerment opportunities that contribute to supporting the national economy.

The forum includes an accompanying exhibition where participating institutions provide employment opportunities targeted at job seekers, as well as a variety of advisory and training sessions.

A large number of experts and stakeholders in human resources development, qualified national cadres, representatives of the private sector, and officials from relevant government agencies involved in the labor market will participate in the forum. Specific pathways have been allocated for each targeted beneficiary group to provide direct and tailored services for each category.

According to the targeted groups, the forum includes 5 pathways: the job seekers pathway, the private sector employees pathway, the students pathway, the employers pathway, and the entrepreneurship pathway.
