500,000 Students Benefit from School Career Guidance Initiative

The school career guidance initiative, launched by the Human Resources Development Fund, has provided career counseling services to more than 500,000 students since its inception in September 2023 until the end of 2024.
The initiative has benefited a large number of students across various regions, with Riyadh leading the list with 106,000 beneficiaries, followed by the Eastern Province with 68,000, and Jazan with 45,000 students.
The initiative aims to explore professional skills and job market requirements, ensuring alignment between educational outcomes and labor market needs. It also seeks to empower high school students in both public and private schools to make informed career decisions by understanding job requirements and selecting specializations that align with their aspirations.
The Fund highlighted that the initiative helps bridge the gap between education and the labor market, enhances students' professional competencies, and provides key services such as organizing workshops in schools.
