Systems and Procedures
In line with the legislative objectives in Saudi Arabia, the decision to establish the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) was issued by the Council of Ministers Decision No. (107) dated 29/04/1421 AH in order to support the efforts of qualifying and employing the national workforce in the private and non-profit sectors. HADAF is also organizationally linked to the National Development Fund, which was established by the Royal Order No. (A / 13) dated 13 Muharram 1439 AH corresponding to 04 October 2017, which obtained the legal personality and financial and administrative independence, and is organizationally linked to the Prime Minister. The NDF aims to raise the level of performance of associated development funds and banks to help them realize their objectives and serve the development priorities and economic needs in the light of the objectives and pillars of the KSA Vision 2030.
