Mohammad Bin Faisal Bamogaddam
Deputy Director General for OperationsEng. Mohammed Bamogaddam has served as Deputy Director-General for Operations since 2026, leading the HRDF’s operational and digital transformation efforts. He oversees initiatives that strengthen technical and operational capabilities, enhance organizational efficiency, and support the Fund’s vision of becoming a digitally empowered organization.
The Operations Sector includes Information Technology, Digital Solutions, the National Unified Employment Platform, Technical Planning and Enterprise Architecture, Procurement and Contract Management, General Services, and the Documents and Archives Center.
With more than 19 years of experience, Eng. Mohammed has held leadership roles in strategic planning, digital transformation, technology, and operations across the social insurance, judicial, and financial sectors. He has led major initiatives and transformation programs that contributed to national transformation objectives.
He holds a Master of Software Engineering from the University of Adelaide, Australia, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from King Saud University. He has also completed executive programs, including IMD’s Digital Business Transformation Leadership Program and the Misk 2030 Leaders Program.
