Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Nufaie
Deputy Director General for OperationsMr. Abdullah Al-Nufaie has served as the Deputy CEO for Operations since 2023, where he leads the Operations Sector. His responsibilities include overseeing the General Department for Technical and Institutional Planning, the General Department for General Services, the General Department for Procurement and Contract Management, the General Department for Digital Solutions, and the Unified National Recruitment Platform. He also supervises the Document Center and Archives, aiming to enhance the Fund’s operational efficiency and institutional continuity in alignment with its strategic and digital transformation goals.
Mr. Al-Nufaie brings extensive leadership experience in institutional transformation, digital innovation, and strategic partnership development. He has contributed to numerous high-impact national initiatives in collaboration with major governmental and corporate entities.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and several specialized professional certifications in program development, systems engineering, and digital transformation leadership — all of which strengthen his ability to drive digital change with high efficiency.
