Knowledge Management Policy
In line with its strategic direction, vision, and mission, and in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements related to the services provided, the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) is committed to meeting international standards as per ISO 30401:2018 Knowledge Management Systems by adhering to the following:
- Developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Knowledge Management System (KMS) in accordance with global knowledge management standards and ISO 30401:2018.
- Ensuring the provision and sustainability of the necessary human, financial, and technical resources to support knowledge management systems.
- Promoting a culture of knowledge within HRDF and encouraging employees to share knowledge and experiences.
- Providing continuous training for employees to ensure their understanding of the importance of knowledge management and how to apply it.
- Committing to enhancing and increasing the satisfaction of beneficiaries and stakeholders with HRDF’s services, products, initiatives, and projects.
- Requiring all units within the Fund and entities under its supervision to implement all approved systems, procedures, and regulations related to the Knowledge Management System.
- Using this policy as a framework for the objectives of the Knowledge Management System.
