Service Level Agreement

It means that the individual is registered in the system but has not applied for any training opportunities for a period of 6 months. To activate the account, registration in the program needs to be done again.

The trainee cannot benefit again from the cooperative training program if they are excluded.

The working days and hours for trainees are determined by the establishment and are subject to the same working hours as employees in the same profession.

You can start after your acceptance of the training offer and the establishment specifies the start date in the system. You will receive a notification from the Human Resources Development Fund confirming the start date.

Your acceptance into the opportunity you applied for depends on the procedures and criteria of the establishment

Yes, individuals can apply for other training opportunities.

It means that the required number of participants has been reached in the training advertisement, or the expiration date of the advertisement has passed, or the establishment has not specified a start date for the training after accepting the individual for the training offer within 5 days.   • Trainees are entitled to enjoy official holidays (Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, National Day, Foundation Day) without affecting their attendance rate, in compliance with the Saudi labor law, and all decisions and regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
  • Trainees are granted leave in the event of the death of one of their immediate family members, according to the provisions of Saudi labor law and all decisions and regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. This leave does not affect their attendance rate.
  • Approved sick leaves do not affect the scheduled duration of the program and are counted within the total program duration, provided that the duration of sick leaves does not exceed 10% per month. The training organization is responsible for accepting and verifying the sick leave. If the trainee is absent for more than the specified duration, they may withdraw from the program according to withdrawal regulations. The fund reserves the right to request evidence of sickness.

  1. Absence for two consecutive or non-consecutive months (two preparation cycles) with more than 10% absence rate.
  2. Withdrawing twice.

  5. Incorrect or incomplete trainee information registered in the system, such as education, phone number, name, etc.
  6. Failure to cooperate in completing any surveys or responding to communications from the fund.
  7. Mismatch between the trainee's qualification and the qualification required for the training opportunity.
  8. Mismatch between the trainee's field of study and the nature of the training opportunity (misalignment of the training opportunity with the trainee's specialization).
  9. Absence of the trainee from the training site, considering the nature of the training opportunity.
  10. The training opportunity does not meet the product’s requirements.
  11. The trainee is a current beneficiary of other on-the-job training products.
  12. Training for two opportunities simultaneously during the same period.
  13. Violation of any or all terms and conditions of the product by the trainee.

The following procedures must be followed before submitting an exclusion request in the automated system:

  1. Officially notify the trainee of the observation or violation, ensuring the notification includes (the observation or violation, trainee details, notification date, and is signed and stamped by the organization), and give the trainee an opportunity for three written notifications, ensuring they are not issued in close succession.
  2. If the trainee does not respond, the trainee should be formally directed to withdraw from the training opportunity by the organization.
  3. If the trainee does not withdraw, the organization shall submit an exclusion request in the system, attaching all notifications along with all supporting documents that prove the reason for the exclusion.
  4. The request will be reviewed and processed, and the fund has the right to accept or reject the request. The reason for rejection will be explained to the organization if the request is denied. The organization cannot prevent the trainee from attending until the exclusion request is approved in the system.

Exclusion must be for one of the following reasons:

  • Misconduct.
  • Committing serious violations.
  • Damaging the organization's property.
  • Forging documents and disclosing confidential information.
  • The trainee obtaining a job or registering in social security systems.
  • Not adhering to attendance and departure times during working hours in the organization.
  • The trainee refusing to carry out the assigned training tasks.

Training in the cooperative training program must be full-time through on-the-job training at the facility's premises.

It is a training program targeting students in diploma and bachelor's stages who have cooperative training, aiming to provide the national workforce with practical and professional experience to improve their employability.
