  2. If the trainee does not respond, the trainee should be formally directed to withdraw from the training opportunity by the organization.
  3. If the trainee does not withdraw, the organization shall submit an exclusion request in the system, attaching all notifications along with all supporting documents that prove the reason for the exclusion.
  4. The request will be reviewed and processed, and the fund has the right to accept or reject the request. The reason for rejection will be explained to the organization if the request is denied. The organization cannot prevent the trainee from attending until the exclusion request is approved in the system.

Exclusion must be for one of the following reasons:

  • Misconduct.
  • Committing serious violations.
  • Damaging the organization's property.
  • Forging documents and disclosing confidential information.
  • The trainee obtaining a job or registering in social security systems.
  • Not adhering to attendance and departure times during working hours in the organization.
  • The trainee refusing to carry out the assigned training tasks.

To change the authorized representative for a government sector institution, the following steps should be taken by submitting a ticket through the Human Resources Development Fund website:

  1. Specify the institution's desire to change the authorized representative.
  2. Provide all institution details in the ticket (institution name, institution number, ID of the previous authorized representative).
  3. Attach an official letter stamped with the institution's seal to the ticket, clarifying the details of the previous authorized representative (name, mobile number, email address, ID number).
  4. Provide the details of the new authorized representative (name, mobile number, email address, ID number).

The institution can add a sub-representative through its profile on the Human Resources Development Fund website by using the "Add Users (Sub-User)" feature. Entering the preparation in the automated system is the responsibility of both the trainer and the institution, and it cannot be edited by the fund. If the preparation is entered incorrectly in the automated system by the trainer or the institution's representative, the institution bears the responsibility for not entering the preparation correctly in the automated system

In the event of a change in the entity or ownership of the institution, a new account is created for the new institution. Then a ticket is submitted in the system indicating the institution's desire to transfer the trainees' data to the new institution's account.

Educational institutions are required to register as academic entities on the platform of the fund to be included in the list of academic institutions at the fund, so that the institution can allocate training opportunities for its students.

The institution can specify the start date of training for the trainee in the system within 5 working days from the acceptance of the training offer. The training opportunity will be automatically canceled if the start date of training for the trainee is not specified within the specified period from the acceptance of the training offer.

The maximum duration for specifying the start date of training is within 30 days from the end date of the advertisement.
