- The support request shall be for a Saudi employee.
- The employee shall be registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance.
- The employee shall be doing dialysis - The employee must have a registration number with the Saudi Center for Organ Transplantation (SCOT).
- The establishment shall pay the salary without deducting the days of absence of the employee for doing dialysis. The establishment shall submit the monthly disbursement invoice with the documents required by the Fund.
- This program is characterized by the fact that it entitles the employee with kidney failure to benefit from it, even where he is supported by other programs in the fund
The Fund shall bear the pay of leave days taken by employee to perform the dialysis for blood purification during the period of his work in the private sector and until he leaves it. The establishment shall be compensated for the working days during which the employee is absent to perform dialysis, provided that the compensation shall not exceed the rate of thirteen working days during one month, and the value of compensation shall not exceed 3466 riyals per month for the employee. The monthly wage shall be calculated based on the wage registered with the Social Insurance.
The maximum wage that the Fund will accept to calculate the compensation is eight thousand riyals. In the event that the beneficiary's wage is higher than eight thousand riyals, the Fund shall pay the compensation based on the wage of eight thousand riyals, the Fund shall disburse the support on a monthly basis after submitting the disbursement invoice by the establishment at the end of each calendar month. There is no minimum salary for the beneficiary in order to achieve the goal of the program.

Support Mechanism:
The establishment is compensated for the days the employee is absent from work to undergo kidney dialysis, provided that the compensation does not exceed an average of thirteen working days per month. The compensation value should not exceed 3466 Saudi Riyals per month per employee.
Program Duration:
The employee is supported throughout their tenure in the private sector until they leave their job.
