Service Level Agreement

- Valid National ID.
- Valid Health certificate.
- Fill in all the data, name, ID, address and mobile number for the form required by the service provider (application).
- Saudi Nationality.
- Health Cetificate.
- Nine tenths sign on the door of the house.
Yes, the family must be Saudi citizens.
Yes, it is mandatory. The health certificate can be obtained from accredited centers (which can be found on the municipality's website).
There are no fees; it is a free initiative.
