Service Level Agreement
- Go to the Forsa platform.
- Choose Manage Opportunities.
- Click on Create Opportunity.
- Add all required details.
- Publish the opportunity.

Log into the platform, select opportunity management, click on "Create Opportunity," then choose "Tender" and add the details.
