This procedure begins when a training body licensed by the National Center for Strategic Partnerships as a non-profit training body wishes to be accredited.

To accredit a training entity, it must obtain a license (non-profit training establishment) from the National Center for Strategic Partnerships at the General Organization for Technical Education and Vocational Training.
