His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, the Emir of Hail region, witnessed the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) and Hail University to support the employment of university graduates and anticipated graduating students. This initiative aims to enhance their competitiveness in the job market and increase the employment rate as part of Hadaf's initiative in supporting university career offices.
The agreement was signed by the Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund, Turki bin Abdullah Al-Juweir, and the President of Hail University, Dr. Rashid bin Maslat Al-Sharif.
The agreement reflects the joint efforts between both parties to support the training and employment of university graduates in the private sector through various programs and appropriate support mechanisms provided by the Fund.
The agreement includes the establishment of a strategic partnership between the Fund and the university to achieve their common goals, which involve training, qualifying, and employing university graduates, as well as anticipated graduating students of both genders and job seekers. This is aimed at developing their skills, imparting individual and essential skills, and gaining experience in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The Fund provides financial support, training, and incentives to the university's career office and its staff through the "Subol" platform for professional development and guidance, the "Duroob" national platform for e-training, the "Tammheer" workforce training program, and the "Taqat" national employment portal for job seekers and employers, in addition to professional certification programs.
The university will provide preparation and qualification services for graduates to meet the needs of the job market, prepare them for job interviews, review and market their resumes to secure employment, and offer quality training to help job seekers obtain employment. The university will also assist graduates in finding suitable job opportunities in the private sector.
