The Human Resources Development Fund launched new improvements to the child hospitality support product (Qurrah) by developing the mechanism for the product; To maximize the benefit of Saudi female workers, motivate them, raise their participation rates in the labor market, and support their job and family stability.

New improvements included; Covering 50% of the monthly cost of the Children’s Hospitality Center, provided that the amount of support does not exceed 1,600 riyals for each child of the employee; This is in contrast to what was previously, where the fund contributed to cover 800 riyals of the cost of childcare for a maximum of two children in the first year of support; While the support period has become open in the new improvements and is not limited to a number of years and is measured by the age of the child from 0-6 years, in contrast to what was previously, where the support period was four years.

The new improvements to the children's hospitality support product (Qurrah) stipulated that there is no upper limit for children for the employee to benefit from the support, in contrast to the previous mechanism, which requires a maximum of two children to benefit from the product.

The improvements and development aspects of the (Qurrah) product are a reflection of the redesign of the programs in accordance with the new fund strategy. In addition to holding a number of workshops with several sectors in the labor market and chambers of commerce in various regions of the Kingdom, and listening to the observations and suggestions of the beneficiaries of the product and business owners.

The Fund seeks to make improvements and modifications to all its products without exception. Believing in the importance of developing human capital by benefiting from its products among the country’s sons and daughters, raising their participation rates in the labor market, and motivating private sector establishments to qualitative Emiratisation, in line with the goals of the nation’s ambitious vision.
