"Hadaf" signs a memorandum of understanding with Saudi Aramco to develop human capital in small and medium-sized enterprises.

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), known as "Hadaf," has signed a memorandum of understanding with Saudi Aramco to enhance cooperation for the development of human capital in sectors and activities provided by Saudi Aramco's Small and Medium Enterprises Development Program (Tamheer).

The memorandum of understanding was signed by Feras bin Abdulaziz Abalkhail, Deputy Director-General for Business at the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), and Dr. Jameel bin Jarallah Al-Baqawi, Executive Director of National Development at Saudi Aramco.

The memorandum aims to launch initiatives that address the challenges facing the sector through awareness campaigns, designing joint programs between "Hadaf" and Saudi Aramco, and exploring opportunities for financial support for training and qualification programs.

The areas of cooperation between the Fund and the company focus on four main aspects, including: studying the challenges facing human capital in the small and medium-sized enterprises sector and companies working with Saudi Aramco, in order to develop appropriate solutions and collaborate in this field for the benefit of the sector's beneficiaries in the Kingdom.

The memorandum also includes launching quality initiatives that achieve sustainable localization of national cadres, designing and implementing activities to enhance localization such as job fairs and marketing workshops, and activating Fund support programs to achieve common goals.

Additionally, the memorandum seeks to develop national human capital by empowering the small and medium-sized enterprises sector, contributing to the creation of sustainable job opportunities, and promoting non-traditional work patterns in professions that can achieve economic growth and sustainability in human resources.

Furthermore, the memorandum includes marketing "Hadaf" programs to beneficiaries of the "Tamheer" program through private sector entities, and supporting efforts to provide national cadres supporting business growth.

The memorandum emphasizes the importance of cooperation in providing training solutions to support the growth of the small and medium-sized enterprises sector, collaborating to study training gaps in training capacities in the Kingdom to support the national industry plan, and directing financial support provided by "Hadaf" to the private sector towards the most prioritized aspects.
