Under the patronage of His Highness Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, the Secretary of the Riyadh Region, the Riyadh Municipality signed a memorandum of understanding with the Human Resources Development Fund "Hadaf" to contribute to the activation of the "King Salman Oasis" project in Al-Malaz district. This includes establishing a vocational guidance center in the oasis, in line with the ambitious Vision 2030 of the Kingdom, to build a number of initiatives to achieve the strategic goals of the vision.

The agreement, signed by the Assistant Secretary of the Riyadh Region, Engineer Saleh Al-Mukhaidib, and the Director-General of the Human Resources Development Fund, Mr. Turki bin Abdullah Al-Juweini, aims to support the national community by activating the oasis as an educational and technical vocational destination with a digital character. It will also serve as a platform for hosting vocational events and provide an integrated system of vocational guidance services in the oasis to enhance the skills and capabilities of visitors and residents of Riyadh.

The memorandum stipulates the development and operation of the oasis, providing a qualitative experience for its visitors, enriching the local content by offering educational, vocational, and technical events in the events area of ​​the oasis. Additionally, it aims to provide services to all visitors from various segments of society, including students, researchers, employees, and families.
