His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Northern Borders Region, is sponsoring the "Liqaat Northern Borders" event organized by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) during the period of 24–25 Shawwal 1446 AH (corresponding to April 22–23, 2025), at the Ministry of Interior Staff Club. 

"Liqaat Northern Borders" event is part of a series of forums held by HRDF across various regions of the Kingdom. Its aim is to provide a range of programs and services for both individuals and enterprises, as well as to introduce career guidance, training, and empowerment products. 

The event aims to invest in human capital, enhance the skills and capabilities of the national workforce, and raise the awareness and knowledge level of stakeholders in the labor market through workshops, awareness sessions, and guidance lectures. It also seeks to establish positive partnerships with relevant private sector entities and create empowerment opportunities that support the national economy. 

The event includes an accompanying exhibition where participating companies will offer support and empowerment opportunities for job seekers. It also features a variety of guidance and training sessions. 

A large number of professionals and stakeholders in human capital development, qualified national talent, private sector representatives, and officials from labor market-related government entities are expected to participate. Specific tracks have been designated for each target group to ensure tailored and direct services. 

According to the target groups, the event includes five tracks:

2. Private Sector Employees Track
3. Students Track
4. Employers Track
5. Entrepreneurship Track
