NLO and Saudi Bar Association Share Data

The National Labor Observatory, part of the Human Resources Development Fund, has signed a data-sharing agreement with the Saudi Bar Association in Riyadh. This agreement is part of the observatory's efforts to build strategic partnerships with entities related to the labor market. The agreement was signed in the presence of Dr. Mohammad bin Ahmed Ghowri, Executive Director of the National Labor Observatory, and Dr. Osama bin Saeed Al-Qahtani, General Supervisor of the Saudi Bar Association, representing both parties.

The aim of the agreement is to exchange data to support specialized reports and studies, enrich the database of the Saudi labor market, and contribute to enhancing professional sustainability. It also aims to anticipate the future of legal professions, support strategic and operational decision-making related to the labor market, and assist in designing policies based on facts, figures, and statistics. Furthermore, it will help assess the impact of these policies and forecast the future of the labor market.

Dr. Mohammad Ghowri emphasized that this partnership is an important step in developing reports, studies, and analyses that support the local labor market. The two parties will collaborate under this agreement to share data and improve its quality, as it is a crucial requirement for delivering data-driven products and services to meet labor market needs, contributing to the achievement of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals.

It is noteworthy that the signing of this agreement took place alongside the Saudi Law Conference, organized by the Saudi Bar Association. The observatory's participation reflects efforts to strengthen the relationship between government entities to ensure the establishment of long-term partnerships that achieve the strategic objectives of both parties.
