Launching the second pilot phase of the unified national platform for employment (Jadarat)
Today (Monday) the second phase of the pilot version of the unified national employment platform (Jadarat) was launched, which includes new and developed services in the employment path for private sector establishments, with the aim of improving the job offer mechanism and the ease of job seekers' access to job opportunities.
The new version allows private sector establishments to create profiles to introduce the establishment, publish a list of job advertisements, manage employment requests, schedule job interviews, submit job offers, and can complete all employment activities through the "Jadarat" platform.
During the current stage, data of employers in the private sector will be transferred from the national labor portal "Taqat" to the "Jadarat" platform to benefit from the employment services provided on the "Jadarat" platform. Private sector establishments can also benefit from the "Taqat" portal to view and register for all programs. And other services provided by the Human Resources Development Fund in terms of training and empowerment.
It is noteworthy that the first phase of launching the “Jadarat” platform was launched in October 2022, as the Human Resources Development Fund is working to develop, operate and supervise the platform, with the aim of standardizing and documenting job seekers’ data in the public and private sectors, raising data quality, and developing procedures for receiving and processing employment applications. , easy access to functionality, and optimization of the platform to suit the needs of all users.
