The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) has obtained four international accreditation certificates "ISO" as part of its efforts to enhance institutional excellence and adhere to the highest global standards in providing services to beneficiaries and achieving customer satisfaction.
The fund has been awarded the ISO 10001 certificate, representing the international standard for organizational guidelines, codes of conduct for customer satisfaction, and ethical business practices. Additionally, it received the ISO 10002 certificate, which represents the international standard for customer satisfaction guidelines for handling and managing complaints within organizations. Furthermore, it obtained the ISO 10003 certificate, symbolizing the international standard for customer satisfaction guidelines for resolving disputes outside organizations and managing conflicts. Lastly, it achieved the ISO 10004 certificate, representing the international standard for customer satisfaction guidelines for monitoring and measurement.
The acquisition of these certificates by the fund is a result of its continuous efforts to benefit from global practices in achieving customer satisfaction, adopting policies and procedures that meet international standards, and implementing operations efficiently and effectively.
